I consider myself lucky enough to have seen this amazing woman in concert at The Tower Theater in Philadelphia on June 10, 2000. I’m trying to think of another show that stands out more in my mind and this might actually be number one. I’ll never forget the woman in front of me singing along to Four Women. Or Nina giving it all she’s got.

and though our bones they may break, and our souls separate – why the long face?
